Standardized Operating Procedures

Pursuant to New York Real Property Law §442-h, Ovation Properties LLC posts the following Standardized Operating Procedures for prospective homebuyers:

1. Identification: Prospective clients are required to present government-issued identification prior to in-person property showings.

2. Exclusive Brokerage Agreement: An exclusive brokerage agreement is not required.

3. Mortgage Pre-Approval: Pre-approval documentation is not required prior to a first showing, but may be requested for certain properties or private viewings.
